President

I have chosen to join the esteemed board of directors at Blueprint Agency due to my genuine passion for its mission of empowering women by equipping them with the essential tools to surmount various obstacles they may encounter. Our organization accomplishes this noble objective through a multifaceted approach, which includes providing counseling, life coaching, wellness resources, and referrals.

It brings me profound satisfaction to know that Blueprint Agency fills a crucial role as a dedicated resource for a demographic that is frequently overlooked. I consider myself fortunate to contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of Blueprint Agency, and I am committed to working diligently in support of its mission and values.

Vice President:  I have worked in the non-profit sector for 17 years. I assist people with disabilities in finding independence in their daily lives. I am honored to be a member of Blue Print’s Board of Directors because to me a Women is the core of any family. So, to be able to assist women in overcoming obstacles in their lives is a part of my path in life. 

Treasurer-  

Angela Broom is a Special Education Administrator working in the public school system.  Angela believes in serving people of all kinds, but has a passion for working with women and children. This is her reason for serving on the board. Angela holds a BS, and a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.   

Francisco Sandoval brings over 35 years of legal experience both internationally and in the United States, specializing in immigration, economic international law, and tax law. He has served as a staff attorney, professor of law, and legal advocate with extensive knowledge of court procedures, government policy, and community engagement.

He has also supported families through community-based organizations and held leadership roles on governance boards and bar associations in both the U.S. and Venezuela.

Francisco joined BluePrint Agency’s Board because of his deep commitment to immigrant and marginalized communities. His expertise in law and governance strengthens BPA’s mission to empower women navigating systemic barriers, ensuring that programs remain rooted in equity, advocacy, and access to justice.
