Our financial literacy program equips women and families with the knowledge and skills needed to build financial stability. Participants learn budgeting, saving, debt management, and long-term planning. We also connect clients with community resources and opportunities to strengthen their financial independence and create lasting security.
Parenting can be even more challenging when trauma is part of the family’s story. This class helps parents understand the effects of trauma and develop strategies to create safe, nurturing, and resilient households. Parents gain practical tools for stress management, communication, and supporting their children’s emotional well-being.
Held monthly, Rooted in Strength provides a safe and supportive space for women who have experienced trauma.
